Kentwood 2006 Data
KENTWOOD COMPANY DTC
PRICE POINT COMPARISON
AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2006
What is going on in the Denver real estate market? The statistics below show that The Kentwood Company sales of homes over $1m have actually increased from the year ago period.
These statistics are from the Kentwood DTC office only. They clearly show that we are selling homes above $1m better this year than last or any other year. Home sales below $700,000are significantly lower than the year ago period.
Homes for sale on the entire Denver market declined less than 2% in December compared to the previous December. That’s a dramatic decrease and could signal the beginning of a recovery in the Denver real estate market.
All this bodes well for the Denver market. My office is continuing to leadall otherofficesin luxuryDenver home sales.Check out the market share of all Kentwood Company offices for homes over $1m.
