Littleton Colorado Annual Celebrationis Here Again!!
Western Welcome Week is an annual community celebration in Littleton, Colorado.
It began in 1928 and has been held every year since. Western Welcome Week includes over
40 events benefiting dozens of local civic and charitable organizations.
This year the 79th annual celebration begins on Thursday, August 9, 2007 and continues for 11 days, through Sunday August 19, 2007. The Highlight of the Western Welcome Week celebrations is Festival Day, Saturday August 18, 2007 offering something for everyone.
The day begins with the children’s parade at 8:30 am followed by the grand Parade at 10am.
The 48tth arts and crafts festival goes from 8:30 am to 5pm with crafters from all over Colorado and across the Nation. Don’t miss the unique shops and Restraints of Historic downtown.
The Day is a Shoppers Paradise.
This is just one of the many events that give Littleton the small town atmosphere tha helps local real estate’s appeal.
