Pool Overlooks Downtown Denver

In the movies I’m sure you’ve seen those scenes with people gaining access to secure areas by a fingerprint scan or perhaps a retinal scan? What if that was your primary way of gaining entry to your home? Cars are going keyless these days, so why not condos?

A new residential condo development named Beleza is just being announced that looks like something straight out of a Hollywood science fiction blockbuster! According to the building’s sales representative Lexie Armitage, the building is “wired for the future.” Buy a unit there and you will have your fingerprint scanned so that the “biometric entry system” will allow you access without the hassles of keys. Ritz Carlton

by Larry Hotz, All Denver Real Estate

Ritz Carlton Developer“Ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen”, that is the mantra of service expressed by the developer of the new Residences at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Denver. But, what we offer is a level of service and caring that no one can surpass”, Charles Biederman told me and our 40 brokers who recently toured the new project. Read more

Towering Downtown Denver Condominiums

It isn’t all that often that you can find a condo with a large terrace right outside the living room. If a condo has outdoor space, it is usually a small balcony that can hold only a handful of people at one time. So, how about a place with a balcony large enough to host a dinner party for 20 people? Then we’re not talking about your typical balcony, we’re talking about a private, walled in terrace complete with planters, a spot for a grill, a pergola, and plenty of space for seating and al fresco dining!

In Downtown Denver, the 2nd floor At Brooks Tower is one of life’s little secrets. When you think of Brooks Tower you think of the hi-rise building towering skyward along 15th street between Arapahoe and Curtis. Read more
