Buyers’ Tough Lessons

November was tough month for four of my buyers this year.
Chris and Maria are two of the nicest and friendliest Home Buyers I have met from this website. They were just married this spring and looking forward to purchasing the perfect home to raise a new family. Highlands Ranch was their choice.

Prospect New Town In Longmont, Colorado

Longmont has always been considered a lazy, rural town between Denver and Fort Collins. More recently it has been considered as a suburb to Boulder and even a Denver "ex-burb" for those don’t mind a longer commute to downtown Denver. Now, Longmont has a planned urban community, Prospect New Town, within its city limits.
All of a sudden sleepy Longmont has a hip, "town-center concept community" to rival Lowry and Stapleton in Denver. It’s diverse homes include stately Victorians, "Denver Squares, Brownstone row houses, lofts and even bungalows.

I see a lot of lofts selling real estate in Downtown Denver. So it’s not too often when I see something so truly remarkable that even I am blown away. But that is certainly the case with this loft located smack in the middle if Denver’s hot Downtown Central Business District.

Strong Colorado Economy

Well, it’s time to celebrate! Let’s break out the beer and have a toast to the fact that Colorado has finally regained its position as it the leading manufacturer of beer in the country. We are best known for Coors beer but now it is only a part of Colorado brewing. Plus, retail sales are up. Residential and commercial vacancy rates are down and Denver and Colorado are outperforming the nation in most economic areas.
